Deanna received her License from the State of Florida in Mental Health Counseling (LMHC). She has worked in a variety of mental health settings, presented at several conferences both nationally and internationally, as well as, been deemed an expert witness in Federal Court. Most recently, settled into her own private practice and is currently a candidate at the Contemporary Freudian Society in Washington DC and is training to become a Psychoanalyst. Deanna states “change isn't easy as I do not come from the perspective or believe in "slapping a band-aid on " .. I believe we need to actually clean out the wound so it will heal properly and not continue to become infected or bothersome”.
